Traveling along CRR-4 will become toll-paid starting from 23:59 on January 11, 2020

The Central Ring Road (CRR) section from M-7 Volga to M-4 Don at the 4th launch complex will become toll-paid. For the owners of passenger vehicles who pay in arrears or pre-purchase a ticket, the tariff rate will be 470 RUB. The owners of T-pass transponders will pay 235 RUB, i.e. will enjoy a 50% discount.

The motorists travelling along the road sections of CRR-3 and CRR-4 (for example, travel w/o a transponder from M-10 Russia to M-4 Don) will need to pay 1,000 RUB, and transponder owners will pay 500 RUB.
The motorists may use a part of the CRR-3 and one of the CRR-4 sections (along the route that adjoins different launch complexes, for example, from M-8 Kholmogory to M-5 Ural). The toll travel will cost 550 RUB, while transponder owners will pay just 275 RUB.

On average, the toll for road users who travel on a postpaid basis will amount to about 5 RUB per kilometer, for transponder owners — from 2.5 to 4 RUB depending on the length of the trip. For T-pass transponder owners who participate in the Avtodor loyalty program, there is an opportunity to receive an additional discount of up to 15%. For those who travel along the CRR with transponders issued by companies other than the State Company, there will be a 15% discount.

Motorists will be fined for failing to pay the road toll. For example, on the Central Ring Road where the Free Flow payment system is applied, the motorists are allowed to pay the toll within five days after the invoice for the service is issued. After this period, Rostransnadzor (Federal Transportation Inspection Service) will impose a fine. From this moment, the road user has another 20 days to repay the debt for the journey and thereby cancel the fine (the amount of the fine is 1,500 RUB for passenger vehicles and 5,000 rubles for trucks). If during this time the debt is not repaid, then the motorist will have to pay both the amount of the toll and the fine.
