Payment for Trips on the M-12 Vostok, CKAD, and A-289 Now Available via Yandex Fuel Stations

Users can now pay for trips on State Company Avtodor highways with the “Free Flow” system through the Yandex Fuel Stations service. These are modern toll-free road sections where travel is automatically recorded via camera and sensor-equipped gantries. The service is accessible through the Yandex Fuel Stations app and the “Fuel Stations” section of the Yandex Go app.
The new license plate-based payment tool is designed for users who do not yet use a transponder for toll payments or prefer online payment through an app where they are already accustomed to paying for fuel and other automotive services. Payments can be made in just a few clicks immediately after the trip or within five days, with a full overview of trip dates, highway sections, and toll amounts.
Currently, the license plate payment service in Yandex Fuel Stations covers the following Avtodor highway routes:
1.    The M-12 Vostok federal highway, including the new Dyurtyuli – Achit section to Yekaterinburg;
2.    The Central Ring Road of Moscow Region A-113 (CKAD);
3.    The A-289 federal highway: Krasnodar – Slavyansk-na-Kubani – Temryuk – A-290 Novorossiysk – Kerch.
In both the Yandex Fuel Stations and Yandex Go mobile apps, travelers can also check outstanding payments and view their trip history.
The integration of these services was developed jointly by State Company Avtodor and Yandex Fuel Stations as part of expanding digital solutions for drivers.
How the new toll payment service works:
•    Users who have added their vehicle’s license plate in the “Toll Roads” section will see a list of trips, dates, highway sections, and outstanding amounts if applicable. If a license plate has not yet been added, it can be entered in the “Check by License Plate” field, after which trip details will appear.
•    Users can select specific vehicles, trips, and dates and proceed directly to online payment.
•    Paid trips are automatically saved in the app’s order history.
Toll payments must be made within five days of travel. Failure to pay may result in a fine, and Yandex Fuel Stations conveniently tracks the remaining days until a penalty is applied.
For a fast and guaranteed payment method, the T-pass transponder remains a popular solution, allowing instant, transparent deductions without the risk of missing a payment deadline.
State Company Avtodor continues to develop digital infrastructure, making travel on toll highways more convenient and technologically advanced for millions of users.
It is worth noting that the demand for Avtodor highways continues to grow. In 2024, the total number of trips on all Avtodor high-speed roads exceeded 379 million, a 33% increase over 2023. Traffic growth is also expected in 2025. In the first half of 2025, certain sections of the M-12 Vostok saw up to a 43% increase compared to the first half of 2024. The average daily traffic volume on the Moscow–Kazan route grew by 17%. On the M-11 Neva, daily traffic increased by 7%. The Central Ring Road saw growth of up to 4% on certain sections, M-1 Belarus – 12%, and M-4 Don traffic remains at last year’s level on average, with some sections experiencing over 10% growth.
