The bypass of five settlements in the Republic of Bashkortostan, by Russian Government Decree No. 3184-R dated 14 November 2023, has been transferred to the trust management of the Russian Highways State Company.
Since December 2024, the motorway was operated free of charge and developed further to provide an infrastructure service to road users. Decree No. 946-r of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated 18 April 2025, stipulates that the specified motorway segment shall operate on a toll basis. The tentative date for the introduction of tolls is 12 December 2025.
This is a highway of technical category IB, over 65 km long, featuring 4 traffic lanes. The entire highway is lit for nighttime travel. The infrastructure asset comprises 2 bridges, 9 overpasses, and 6 interchanges with ramps to nearby settlements. Four interchanges had been built at the junctions with regional and local roads near Karabashevo, Rsayevo, Bishkurayevo, and Semiletka. There are two more interchanges, with the federal M-7 "Volga" motorway near Isametovo and Asyanovo.
The motorway is outfitted with a barrier-free "Free Flow" tolling system. Overhead gantries equipped with sensors read passing vehicles' data on the go and calculate the toll accordingly. Information on tariffs will be posted on the official website of Avtodor - Toll Roads OOO after tolling is introduced.

1 A T-pass, OSSP, MSS, NKD transponder is an electronic means of toll registration issued by Avtodor - Toll Roads OOO, United Toll Collection Systems OOO, Magistral of the Northern Capital OOO, and New Road Quality AO.
There is a loyalty program for road users whereby the owners of T-pass transponders can get a discount of up to 15%.
Two alternative routes are available for this motorway. The first one runs within the boundaries of Isametovo, Verkhneyarkeevo, Layashty, Ishkarovo, Asyanovo, and the second one, through the north of the region from Stariy Baisarovo to Dyurtyuli.
As with other expressways operated by Russian Highways State Company, an emergency commissioners service will patrol this segment, ready to provide free assistance to motorists at any time of day or night.
Toll revenue will be reinvested into high-quality road maintenance and traffic safety, as well as future refurbishment of the turnpike. This self-sustaining model frees up public funds for other road infrastructure projects.
