Avtodor received the highest rating of procurement transparency for the 5th year in a row

On December 7, the State Company Avtodor received an award in the category of "Guaranteed Transparency" based on the national ranking of the procurement transparency of government agencies and commercial companies in 2016. This award is the fifth in a row for the State Company.

The ceremony was held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The award was received by Aleksandr Sokolov, Director of the Department of Competition Policy of Avtodor,.

"The State Company Avtodor continues improving its procurement system. Next year we will launch an e-shop, and the scheduling system will become fully operating in an electronic format. The e-shop is a built-in module based on our current marketplace. It will be designed for small-volume purchases and direct purchases," Aleksandr Sokolov noted.

The National Rating of Procurement Transparency 2016 was made for the period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. The rating covered the state and municipal buyers, including 70 largest state federal-level buyers, 85 largest municipalities, as well as 71 customers regulated by the Federal Law No.222-FZ dated July 18, 2011, and 117 commercial customers operating in accordance with their own regulations. Thus, 426 customers participate in the rating.

The National Rating of Procurement Transparency is an independent non-governmental research center specialized in economic and legal analysis of the Russian market of state, municipal, corporate and private commercial procurement.

The State Company Avtodor is one of the first legal entities the procurement activities of which are regulated by the Federal Law No. 223-FZ. In 2014, Avtodor also started using its own e-marketplace in procurement. During the year, the marketplace became a full-fledged instrument of communication with market participants. Avtodor's e-marketplace was created to automate the process of planning, organization, arrangement, coordination and monitoring of procurements by the State Company Avtodor and its subsidiaries.
