From March 28, the users of Т-Pass transponders may refill their accounts using Comepay payment system

From March 28, 2017 Avtodor-Toll Roads (a company that belongs to the Avtodor Group of Companies) and Comepay payment terminals enable refilling transponders and contactless smart cards via Comepay payment terminals. Comepay network currently consists of more than 25,000 terminals and Points of Sale (POS) located in all Russian regions.

Accounts may be replenished by depositing cash via Comepay terminals, as well as with the help of electronic money transfer using electronic payment instrument Comepay Wallet (https://money.comepay.ru/). The commission will be 2% of the amount of payment, with the minimum refill amount of 10 rubles.

Comepay network comprises payment terminals of bank paying agents/subagents. The terminals are installed in all regions of Russia. The total number of terminals is currently more than 25,000 units (see terminals’ location map http://map.comepay.ru/). The payment terminals are located in convenient and easily accessible places, such as: sales offices of VimpelCom PJSC, MTS PJSC, Magnit retail chain, Pyaterochka retail chain, Euroset sales offices, Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo airports, Maria Ra retail chain etc.

Today, the number of users of Electronic means of passage registration amounts to approximately 260,000 individuals and legal entities. Avtodor-Toll Roads transponder operates on the toll sections of the M-4 Don Federal Highway, Vyshniy Volochek bypass on the new high-speed M-11 Moscow – St. Petersburg highway and on the toll section 124th km to 173rd km.of M-3 Ukraine highway.

Modern refill methods are also available for the transponder and contactless smart card holders (Elecsnet ATM machines, Sberbank Online Service, Yandex Money and WebMoney, Lukoil filling stations), and we provide Member Area service wh ere any user may check the balance, refill one’s account using bank or fuel card, review toll sections travels and perform other necessary actions with one’s personal account. Avtodor-Toll Roads is the operator of Avtodor State Company that collects tolls for the passage along the 21st – 211th km section of M-4 Don Federal Highway and the operator of unified network of Electronic means of passage registration on all toll sections of M-4 Don Federal Highway, toll section 258th – 334th km (Vyshniy Volochek bypass) of М-11 Moscow – St. Petersburg highway, and toll section 124th – 173rd km of M-3 Ukraine Highway.
