Public organisations ignored the working group meeting on monitoring compliance with legislation in the preparation of the construction site area of the section from km 15 – km 58 of the high-speed Moscow – St. Petersburg highway

On January 25, a meeting was held of the Working Group on monitoring compliance with legislation in the preparation of the construction site area of the section from km 15 – km 58 of the high-speed Moscow – St. Petersburg highway.

The following issues were addressed at the meeting: the public presentation of analytical, evaluation and licensing materials on the project Construction of the High-Speed Moscow – St. Petersburg Highway at Section km 15 – km 58, the regular infiltration at the construction site of unidentified individuals posing as employees of public organisations conducting public monitoring of the production of building and assembly works and others.

Being a very high-profile project, the State Company Avtodot sent official invitations for the working group meeting to relevant representatives of public organisations: the political party Yabloko, the Interregional Public Charity Organisations Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights and the Environment PRINTSIP and community leaders of the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow Region. These invitations were followed up by telephone messages. Despite this, representatives of these organisations failed to attend the meeting.
