Marat Khusnullin chaired the first Avtodor State Company Supervisory Board meeting with new Board members

The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of the State Company Avtodor with new members was conducted as an online conference. The SB summed up the State Company's activity figures for 2019, considered future plans taking into account the tasks of the national project Comprehensive Primary Plan for Infrastructure Development (CPPID), and approved the membership of four Board committees composed of the SB members.

The SB decided to convene Board meetings at least once a month. “I offer to conduct monthly SB meetings. Such work mode of staff office will allow us to regularly consider the company's performance figures and promptly resolve current issues,” stated the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of strategic approach. “I would like to ask you to prepare a strategic work plan for 2021 for the next Supervisory Board meeting to be held in June. We should discuss our project in detail to prevent late deliveries, the way it turned out with the CRR,” noted Marat Khusnullin.

Supervisory Board is the main executive body of the State Company. Members of the Board are approved by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. Among other authorities, the Supervisory Board approves the long-term State Company activities program and its financial plan based on the offers of the Board of the State Company, including the procedure for raised funds allocation.
