The State Company Avtodor is performing the construction of a traffic interchange on the 61st kilometer of M-7 Volga that will connect not only the 3d and 4th launch complexes of the Central Ring Road (CRR), but will also allow abandoning one of the traffic lights on the M-7.
There are 9 off-ramps at the interchange on which motorists will be able to turn both in the opposite direction and drive off to nearby settlements or from the Central Ring Road.
The works on construction of a bridge structure as part of the interchange are currently underway, such as: installation of transition slabs, reinforced concrete slabs, waterproofing, lower and upper layers of asphalt concrete pavement. Works on putting the asphalt concrete pavement are to be completed at the end of July. Traffic on the section will open by the end of the year.
