Russian Highways and the Russian Student Squads have agreed to train personnel for the road transportation sector together

Within the framework of the International Forum "Innovations in Road Construction" in Sirius, the Russian Highways State Company and the Russian Youth Public Organization "Russian Student Squads" (RSS) signed an agreement on long-term cooperation.
The main goal of the partnership will be to attract college and university students to work at the facilities of Russian Highways, its subsidiaries and contractors.
Among the key areas of cooperation are: organization of industrial and pre-graduation internships, joint educational and career guidance activities, development of student construction teams, as well as popularization of road construction professions among young people.
The parties will pay special attention to the professional training of the student squads' participants, holding contests of professional skills in the field of road construction. They also plan to jointly implement profile programs and projects, hold events aimed at raising the prestige of construction professions among young people.
Today, the development of transportation infrastructure is impossible without training a new generation of qualified specialists. Cooperation with the Russian Student Squads will allow Russian Highways to attract talented young people to implement the country's largest infrastructure projects, give students practical experience of working on major road projects and form a sustainable talent pool for the industry.
